A national retailer signed a Stapleton lease with a hard grand-opening date — and a gray concrete shell that needed to become on-brand, welcoming retail space in a single week.
The challenge
Flooring installers, fixture crews, and electricians all shared the same 7-day window. Paint had to go first in every zone — and be dry enough to build on within hours.
Our approach
Two crews leapfrogged in phases: prep and prime ahead of the flooring team, finish coats overnight, and brand-color accent walls masked around installed fixtures. Daily 6am coordination calls kept every trade moving.
Scope
Sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and storefront in brand colors — 12,000 sq ft.
