Estimates
Written estimates are fixed-price and valid for 30 days. Changes you request after work begins are quoted separately and approved in writing before proceeding.
Scheduling & payment
Start dates are reserved with a deposit of up to 30%. The balance is due only after your final walkthrough sign-off. Exterior schedules may shift for weather — your project manager confirms each day by text.
Warranty
Workmanship is covered as described on our warranty page. Manufacturer paint defects are handled under the paint maker's own warranty, which we'll help you file.
