A financial firm needed its entire two-floor office refreshed — scuffed corridors, dated beige, and a lobby that no longer matched the brand — without disrupting 120 employees.
The challenge
All work had to happen between 6pm and 6am, with desks, servers, and client files in place. Morning crews arrived to a fully usable office — every single day.
Our approach
Zone-by-zone phasing with the facilities manager, low-odor zero-VOC coatings, nightly plastic-wrap protection and morning removal, and photo updates sent before 7am daily. Lobby accent walls were finished over a single weekend.

Two floors, corridors, lobby, 14 conference rooms — phased over six weekends.
