Project overview
A Whole Home, Still Livable
Two kids, one dog, and a whole house of builder beige. This Wash Park family wanted warm modern color everywhere — without moving out for a week.
The challenge
Nail pops and settling cracks in nearly every room, dark 90s trim throughout, and a family (plus dog) living in the house the entire time.
Our approach
Room-by-room sequencing so the family always had bedrooms and a play space, full drywall repair and trim enamel in bright white, and zero-VOC wall colors the kids helped pick from our large-format swatches.
Scope
Living areas, 4 bedrooms, stairwell, all trim and doors — 2,400 sq ft of fresh color.
Products
Zero-VOC washable matte walls, durable satin trim enamel throughout.
Result
Completed in 6 days with the family home throughout — "it feels like a new house."
